Estech Systems Acquired by Crexendo | Technology M&A Deal

Crexendo has completed the acquisition of Estech Systems, a technology other business in California, for $10 million. Crexendo acquisitions focus on communications and technology services, and the Estech Systems acquisition adds capabilities that support enterprise connectivity and related solutions.
