Deighton Manufacturing provides forming, portioning, coating, and frying equipment used for protein, fish, dairy, and bakery products, supporting continuous and batch processing for items like nuggets, burgers, appetizers, vegetables, cookies, and international foods. Fortifi Food Processing Solutions acquisitions expand modular, flexible, lower-throughput capabilities and extend equipment coverage across UK and Europe into growth markets in Latin America, India, and Southeast Asia. The Deighton Manufacturing acquisition is an add on acquisition under manufacturing M&A, driven by Fortifi’s strategic acquisition plan to deliver full-line food processing automation solutions across production volumes, with the deal announced and expected to close under a definitive agreement.
