Western Packaging Solutions Acquired by Gravis | Manufacturing M&A Deal

Gravis has acquired Western Packaging Solutions, a plastics packaging business in the United States, for $30 million. Western Packaging Solutions manufactures plastic packaging products used by industrial and consumer end markets, supporting Gravis acquisitions in manufacturing M&A. Gravis pursues this plastics packaging acquisition to expand packaging capacity and deepen product offerings across its portfolio. The add on acquisition is an announced private equity acquisition with an estimated deal value in the $25M–$50M range, and the acquisition is expected to close after customary conditions.
