Hypercharge Networks has completed the acquisition of Eddie, a industrial services other business in Québec, Canada, for an undisclosed amount. Hypercharge Networks acquires Eddie to expand its smart EV charging solutions and charging network operator platform serving multi-unit residential buildings, public sites, and commercial applications across Canada. Eddie provides an EV energy management system and charging network operations capability launched in April 2024, strengthening Hypercharge’s Québec footprint in an EV-friendly region. The industrials M&A add on acquisition is structured as an asset purchase agreement with ownership effective May 1, 2026, adding over 2,700 total ports delivered to Hypercharge’s network. Hypercharge Networks acquisitions are expected to grow recurring network revenue by connecting more ports to its platform, supporting strategic acquisition-driven expansion in Québec and nationwide.
