Eddie Acquired by Hypercharge Networks | Energy M&A Deal

Hypercharge Networks has acquired Eddie, a energy services other business in Quebec, Canada. Hypercharge Networks acquisitions bring the Eddie EV charging network and energy management platform, launched in April 2024, to support multi-residential, public, and commercial charging use cases across Canada. The Eddie acquisition expands Hypercharge’s smart charging footprint in Quebec, adding more than 2,700 deployed ports and increasing total network ports by over 45%. This add on acquisition is an energy M&A strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with transfer of ownership effective May 1, 2026, under an asset purchase agreement; deal size remains undisclosed.
