Multi-Chem Acquired by Praana Group | Energy M&A Deal

Praana Group has completed the acquisition of Multi-Chem, a oilfield services business in India, for an undisclosed amount. Praana Group acquires Multi-Chem to expand its Sterling Specialty Chemicals platform with field service capabilities for drilling, completion, production, flow assurance, corrosion and scale management, water treatment, and process optimization. Multi-Chem acquisition strengthens energy M&A by combining application-driven oilfield chemicals expertise with specialty chemical manufacturing, polymer technologies, and advanced surfactant systems. The platform acquisition is part of Praana Group acquisitions led by a private equity acquisition strategy, with Multi-Chem operating as Sterling MultiChem as integration progresses and operational continuity is maintained for existing oil and gas customers.
