ADNOC Drilling has completed the acquisition of MB Petroleum Services MENA, a oilfield services business in Oman, in a divestiture acquisition with terms not disclosed. MB Petroleum Services MENA provides drilling and well services across Oman and the wider MENA region, supporting ADNOC Drilling’s regional oilfield services acquisition strategy. ADNOC Drilling acquisitions aim to expand operational capabilities and technology-led well services delivery, while MB Petroleum Services MENA contributes an established HSE record and technical track record. The strategic acquisition follows MB Group’s sale of an 80% stake, with MB LLC retaining 20% ownership, and is positioned as energy M&A focused on strengthening MENA drilling contractor and well services performance.
