Nanjing Cesun Power Acquired by Skycorp Solar Group | Energy M&A Deal

Skycorp Solar Group has acquired Nanjing Cesun Power, a renewable energy business in China, for $20,194,720. Skycorp Solar Group acquires Nanjing Cesun Power to expand its solar PV and energy management capabilities, while Nanjing Cesun operates photovoltaic power stations, produces inverters, sells server equipment, and delivers energy management systems. The Nanjing Cesun Power acquisition brings Skycorp Solar Group acquisitions into a broader renewable energy acquisition strategy centered on integrating power generation and grid-facing technology in China. This strategic acquisition is an add-on acquisition that will take Skycorp Solar Group to 100% ownership after buying the remaining 56% stake, alongside a $3.0 million private placement with institutional investors.
