QuestionPro has acquired Fathom, a enterprise software business in Texas. QuestionPro acquisitions expand its survey and research technology platform with Fathom’s text analytics for open-ended survey responses and customer feedback. Fathom’s AI-powered open-ended analysis supports thematic coding, custom and AI-generated codeframes, multilingual analysis, and flexible querying of unstructured data to extract drivers behind customer and market behavior. The add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by QuestionPro, a strategic buyer, to integrate Fathom into its enterprise-grade platform and agentic research system for faster, controlled qual at scale.
