CMS Info Systems to Buy FSS Unit for up to Rs 115cr

CMS Info Systems will acquire the ATM Managed Services business of Financial Software and Systems (FSS) for up to Rs 115 crore. The transaction includes transfer of operating assets and novation of customer contracts.

CMS expects the deal to close in the first quarter of FY27. CMS said the acquisition supports its ATM management solutions consolidation strategy and follows its M&A roadmap shared at an Analyst Day in September 2025.

CMS’s ATM Management Solutions services revenue was around Rs 1,300 crore in FY25, and it expects 11% CAGR growth through FY30. After the acquisition, its managed services portfolio is expected to expand from approximately 31,000 to 39,000 units.
