Global Impx provides global trade and impex services, and the Global Impx acquisition expands Blue Cloud Softech Solutions’s technology M&A footprint beyond its existing operations. Blue Cloud Softech Solutions acquisitions are structured as a strategic acquisition and merger acquisition to integrate Global Impx’s cross-border trade capabilities with its technology platform. The announced merger acquisition is implemented through a share swap, with Global Impx shareholders transferring 21.25 crore equity shares to Blue Cloud Softech Solutions in exchange for preferentially allotted shares, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
