Global Impx Acquired by Blue Cloud Softech Solutions | Technology M&A Deal

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions has agreed to acquire Global Impx, a technology other business in India, for an implied $34.2 million in a Blue Cloud share transaction. Global Impx Inc. operates ConnectM India and subsidiaries including Geo Impex, with a strategic logistics land infrastructure asset tied to its India platform. The Global Impx acquisition supports Blue Cloud Softech Solutions acquisitions in technology M&A and positions the buyer for continued exposure to India-based technology and infrastructure operations. The divestiture acquisition is a strategic, announced deal in which ConnectM will receive 160 million Blue Cloud shares (170 million total shares issued), representing about 17.3% of Blue Cloud’s post-issue equity, with the transaction expected to simplify ConnectM’s international structure.
