Halo Privacy Acquired by Cycurion | Technology M&A Deal

Cycurion has acquired Halo Privacy, a cybersecurity business in Virginia, for $7 million. Cycurion acquisitions add secure communications capabilities through Halo Link, a private messaging and voice application built with end-to-end encryption and user anonymity. The Halo Privacy acquisition also expands Cycurion’s AI-driven cybersecurity and privacy portfolio, supporting digital defense and operational efficiency for U.S. Government and corporate customers. Cycurion, a public company, is executing a technology M&A add-on acquisition expected to close within about 45 days, with an audit process already underway. The deal is designed to strengthen VA acquisitions and broaden secure communications and digital investigations through integration of HavenX.
