Kustom Entertainment Acquired by Cycurion | Technology M&A Deal

Cycurion has agreed to acquire Kustom Entertainment’s legacy video solutions segment, a cybersecurity business in Virginia, for $5.1 million. Cycurion acquisitions target video surveillance and digital evidence management capabilities from Kustom Entertainment to strengthen public safety and security offerings in VA. The cybersecurity acquisition is designed to integrate legacy video workflows with Cycurion’s ARx cybersecurity platform for technology M&A value. The add on acquisition is structured as a non-binding memorandum of understanding, with expected annual revenue of about $5.1 million and backlog of roughly $8.0 million, and is targeted to close in early June 2026 subject to due diligence and customary conditions.
