Deal Overview
Wienerberger has signed an agreement to acquire Italcer Group, a leading export-oriented producer of high-end ceramic solutions for floors, walls, and façades. Italcer operates production facilities in Italy and Spain.
Wienerberger said the acquisition strengthens its renovation solutions business, serves as a new growth platform, and is expected to contribute midterm more than €100 million to Group EBITDA. The company also reported FY 2025 performance, including profit after tax of €168 million, operating EBITDA of €754 million, and free cash flow of €474 million.
