Native Instruments Acquired by inMusic | Technology M&A Deal

inMusic has completed the acquisition of Native Instruments, an enterprise software business in the technology sector, for $100m. Native Instruments develops music production platforms and audio plugins, including iZotope, Plugin Alliance, and Brainworx, supporting creators with software and hardware integration. inMusic acquisitions expand its portfolio of pro-audio brands such as Akai Pro, Moog, Denon DJ, Numark, and MPC ecosystem partnerships, including NKS integration for compatible gear. The strategic acquisition follows Native Instruments’ insolvency filing and comes as a merger acquisition led by a strategic buyer, with both companies stating business continuity for users and aiming to complete the technology M&A in the coming weeks.
