New England Wholesale Florist Acquired by DV Floral Group

Delaware Valley Floral Group, LLC (DVFG) announced it has acquired New England Wholesale Florist, a wholesale floral distributor serving customers throughout the New England region. The release describes the deal as expanding DVFG’s ability to support floral professionals across the Northeast.

DVFG says customers will benefit from enhanced sourcing capabilities, expanded product availability, and access to DVFG’s fully integrated cold-chain logistics network. The company also notes that the acquisition supports its nationwide shipping and daily delivery capabilities, with DVFG’s service described as ranging from Maine to Georgia.

Michael Siavrakas Jr., owner of New England Wholesale Florist, is expected to shift focus to expanding the family’s terrarium business, New England Herpetoculture, while supporting a smooth customer transition.
