Ondas has acquired Omnisys, a enterprise software business in Florida, for $X. Ondas acquisitions add Omnisys’ AI-powered battle resource optimization (BRO) platform, used for multi-domain defense planning and real-time decision-making across autonomous systems. Omnisys software supports mission orchestration, dynamic resource allocation, and coordinated responses across sensors, effectors, and defense assets operating in contested environments, strengthening Ondas’ software-defined autonomous defense strategy. The add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by Ondas, expanding technology deals FL and FL acquisitions with an add on acquisition model; deal terms and expected close timing were not disclosed.
