Ondas has acquired Omnisys, a enterprise software business in Florida, for an undisclosed amount. Ondas acquisitions bring Omnisys’ AI-powered Battle Resource Optimization (BRO) platform, used for multi-domain defense planning and real-time decision-making across autonomous systems and sensors. The Omnisys acquisition is designed to add a battle orchestration layer that supports mission planning, operational coordination, and dynamic resource allocation for air, ground, electronic warfare, and cyber environments. This add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by Ondas as a technology M&A platform, expanding FL acquisitions in software-defined autonomous defense. The deal is announced as a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Omnisys Ltd., with terms and closing timing not disclosed.
