Sun Pharma has acquired Organon, a physician practice business in the United States, for $11.75 billion. Sun Pharma acquisitions are designed to expand global healthcare M&A capabilities by combining complementary portfolios and capabilities with Organon’s women’s health focus. Organon supports patient care through specialized physician practice offerings, strengthening Sun Pharma’s reach in key markets. The strategic acquisition is structured as a merger acquisition and covers 100% of Organon’s outstanding equity, with combined revenues expected to reach about $12.4 billion.
