Parkwood Home Care Acquired by Nova Leap Health | Healthcare M&A Deal

Nova Leap Health has completed the acquisition of Parkwood Home Care, a home health business in Nova Scotia, for CAD $3.5 million. Nova Leap Health acquires Parkwood Home Care to expand home-based and community care services, including personal care, dementia care, companion services, and care management, across the province. Parkwood Home Care reported unaudited 2025 revenues of about CAD $3.8 million and adjusted EBITDA of about CAD $785,000, supporting Nova Leap Health acquisitions in healthcare M&A. The strategic acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition, with CAD $3.2 million paid in cash at closing and CAD $300,000 funded via a three-year promissory note, while the cash portion was financed through a CAD $2.2 million draw on an acquisition debt facility and CAD $1.0 million from cash on hand.
