Radius Telecoms Acquired by PLDT | Technology M&A Deal

PLDT has acquired Radius Telecoms, a technology other business in the Philippines, for an undisclosed amount. PLDT acquisitions focus on expanding telecom and technology capabilities through Radius Telecoms acquisition, strengthening service delivery and network operations.
