Reap Technologies Acquired by Payward | Financial Services M&A Deal

Payward has acquired Reap Technologies, a payments processing business in Hong Kong, for $600 million. Reap Technologies builds stablecoin-powered payment rails and B2B money movement tools that connect card issuance, banking rails, and blockchains through a single API. Payward acquisitions in financial services M&A aim to expand stablecoin settlement infrastructure for global business-to-business products, including stablecoin payments and card-related services, across Asia and beyond. The strategic acquisition is Payward’s first infrastructure deal in Asia, combining cash and stock consideration, and supports a broader crypto-native B2B platform for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and enterprises.
