Reap Technologies Holdings Acquired by Payward | Financial Services M&A Deal

Payward has acquired Reap Technologies Holdings, a payments processing business in Hong Kong, for up to $600 million. Payward acquisitions will expand Payward’s B2B platform with stablecoin-native card issuance and cross-border payouts through an API integration that connects card networks, traditional finance rails, and stablecoin settlement. Reap Technologies Holdings supports corporate card issuance, treasury management, and global payouts for businesses using stablecoins as the settlement layer, with licenses across Asia and South America. The strategic acquisition is structured as a platform acquisition and is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals, with consideration paid in a mix of cash and Payward stock.
