SAP to Acquire Reltio to Make Data AI-Ready

SAP has agreed to acquire Reltio, a master data management software provider, to strengthen capabilities in SAP Business Data Cloud. SAP said the acquisition is intended to help customers make enterprise data AI-ready so it can serve as reliable input for Joule and Joule agents across the business.

SAP described Reltio as cloud-native and AI-native, with master data management capabilities that can harmonize, cleanse, and govern data in both SAP and non-SAP systems. SAP also said the deal supports its enterprise data platform story that began with Business Data Cloud.
