Diginex has completed the acquisition of Resulticks Global Companies, a enterprise software business in Singapore, for US$1.5 billion. Resulticks Global Companies provides AI-driven customer intelligence and omnichannel engagement solutions, supporting operations across North America, Asia, and the Middle East. Diginex acquisitions are aimed at evolving from sustainability RegTech into a scaled AI, data, and sustainability technology platform with global reach. The strategic acquisition is structured as an all-share platform acquisition, with Diginex as a strategic buyer, and the long-stop closing date extended to May 29, 2026 while remaining closing conditions are worked through.
