RUCKUS Networks Acquired by Belden | Technology M&A Deal

Belden has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire RUCKUS Networks, an enterprise software business in Missouri, for approximately $1.85 billion. Belden acquires RUCKUS Networks to expand intelligent network solutions for secure, reliable IT and OT networking, supporting digitization and automation demand. RUCKUS Networks provides Wi-Fi and network management capabilities that strengthen Belden’s solutions portfolio in technology deals MO and MO acquisitions. The platform acquisition is a strategic acquisition by Belden, a strategic buyer, and is expected to close subject to customary conditions, with deal terms tied to the $1.85 billion purchase price.
