Ruckus Networks Acquired by Belden | Technology M&A Deal

Belden has acquired Ruckus Networks, a enterprise software business in the networking technology sector, for $1.85 billion. Ruckus Networks provides intelligent network solutions, including Wi-Fi and enterprise switching technology used by customers in hospitality, education, and healthcare. Belden acquisitions aim to expand full-stack networking capabilities and support convergence of IT and OT environments for industrial customers. The strategic acquisition is a platform acquisition announced in 2026, backed by fully committed debt financing from J.P. Morgan, and is expected to close in the second half of 2026 subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
