Zapdos Labs Acquisition | Technology Deal in TX

Zapdos Labs has completed the acquisition of Zapdos Labs, a enterprise software business in Texas, for $500,000. Zapdos Labs builds AI video agent technology that connects to existing factory CCTV systems to read on-site safety manuals and configure computer vision monitoring in about two days. The platform detects safety violations, exclusion zone breaches, and PPE non-compliance in real time and can alert teams via Telegram, WhatsApp, or integrated video management systems. The other acquisition follows a $7 million funding context and supports expansion of anchor sites across North America and Southeast Asia, with operations in Austin and Singapore.
