Silverton Partners has completed the acquisition of LakeFusion, a enterprise software business in Texas, for $7.5M. LakeFusion provides Databricks-native master data management (MDM) software that unifies fragmented customer, product, and entity records across CRM, ERP, and operational systems. The platform uses AI-driven entity resolution, deduplication, and governance survivorship rules to create golden records directly in the Databricks lakehouse and synchronize master data in real time. The seed financing closed as an other acquisition-type technology deal TX to accelerate product growth and expand enterprise sales, with participation from Carbide Ventures. LakeFusion is an official Databricks ISV Partner, aiming to deliver AI-ready data foundations by improving data fidelity for production AI use cases.
