Aidoc Acquired | Technology M&A Deal

Aidoc has completed the acquisition of Aidoc, a healthcare it business in New York, for $150M. Aidoc develops clinical AI foundation model technology that analyzes CT imaging to support diagnostic decision-making across multiple conditions, including appendicitis and liver injury. The company’s enterprise platform, aiOS, delivers regulated AI workflows used at nearly 2,000 hospitals to process more than 60 million patient cases annually. The announced other acquisition follows prior fundraising and is intended to expand into additional clinical indications, add new capabilities, and scale global deployment of its clinical foundation model, CARE.
