Telos Energy Acquired by PowerGEM | Technology M&A Deal

PowerGEM has completed the acquisition of Telos Energy, a technology other business in Missouri, for $2. PowerGEM acquisitions focus on expanding technology M&A capabilities by adding Telos Energy’s energy-related technology offerings to its portfolio. Telos Energy acquisition supports PowerGEM’s add on acquisition strategy in MO acquisitions, strengthening capabilities for technology deals in the region. The deal is an add-on acquisition backed by private equity acquisition activity, with General Atlantic providing strategic growth investment to support integration and scaling.
