Deal Overview

Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) is in the process of selling its White Sands shopping mall in Pasir Ris. The prospective buyer is local private equity firm TE Capital, which is said to be in exclusive due diligence.

The deal is expected to fetch over S$470 million. White Sands sits next to Pasir Ris MRT station on a 99-year leasehold tenure from May 1993, leaving about 66 years remaining. FCT acquired the property in 2020 for S$428 million, and as of Sep 30, 2025 the mall was valued at S$431 million.
