The Zigor and Apex Power assets acquisition includes inverter technology, engineering talent, and skid-based systems configurable up to 5.2 MVA across 600 V, 1000 V, and 1500 V, designed to be 2000 V ready. This add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with up to $34.5 million in earnouts and a planned additional $50 million investment, subject to Spanish foreign direct investment approval and customary closing conditions.
