Tenaris has acquired Artrom Steel Tubes, a metals fabrication business in Romania, for EUR 86M. Tenaris acquisitions will bring Artrom Steel Tubes S.A.’s steelmaking capacity of about 450,000 metric tons at Reia and seamless steel pipe rolling capacity up to 200,000 metric tons at Slatina. The Artrom Steel Tubes acquisition expands Tenaris’s industrial pipe product range and strengthens its manufacturing footprint to serve European industrial customers. The strategic acquisition is structured as a platform acquisition and is subject to EU competition clearance and Romanian government approvals, with closing expected in the fourth quarter of 2026 on a cash-free, debt-free basis including normalized working capital.
