Lennar Homes has bought fifteen lots in Centurion American’s Whitewing Trails master-planned community in Princeton, Texas. The lots are in the project’s 30-acre third phase, which Centurion platted to accommodate 100 homes.
Whitewing Trails spans 850 acres and is expected to reach 2,500 single-family homes and about 400 multifamily units. Centurion said the first phase included 366 residential lots and began selling in 2021, and about 2,000 lots have been developed so far. Homes in phase three range from 6,000 to 10,135 square feet.
Centurion American’s Mehrdad Moayedi said he initially purchased the underlying deal out of bankruptcy and that Lennar is the first homebuilder to acquire lots in phase three.
