GID Acquires Metro Mission Valley Apartments

GID acquired Metro Mission Valley, a 305-unit core-plus luxury apartment community in San Diego’s Mission Valley submarket. Berkadia closed the sale on behalf of the seller, with managing directors Ed Rosen, John Chu, and Tyler Sinks leading the transaction.

The property is located at 5080 Camino del Arroyo and was built in 2018. Units include studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, and the community is near more than 2.8 million square feet of retail at Westfield Mission Valley and Fashion Valley Mall. The deal is described as a contemporary Class A rental opportunity.
