Zayo has completed the acquisition of Crown Castle fiber business, a telecom fiber business in Washington, for $8.5 billion. Zayo acquires Crown Castle fiber business assets that expand long-haul and metro fiber reach across U.S. markets, adding on-net enterprise locations and improving network capacity and route diversity.
