NEC has completed the acquisition of CSG Systems International, a enterprise software business in Massachusetts and Japan. CSG Systems International provides software solutions for telecommunications, broadband, and digital service providers, including business support systems, customer experience, and payment capabilities. NEC acquisitions bring CSG’s customer engagement and monetization tools into Netcracker’s digital BSS and OSS portfolio, with an integration led by Netcracker after the closing.
