Cybeta Acquired by Howden | Technology M&A Deal

Howden has acquired Cybeta, a cybersecurity business in Indiana, for $200M. Cybeta provides cyber data and analytics that support predictive threat intelligence and risk modeling for businesses, with operations based in Fishers, Indiana. Howden acquisitions use Cybeta’s intellectual property assets to deliver faster, more precise cyber risk insights that can improve underwriting, placement, and claims outcomes. The cybersecurity acquisition is an add on acquisition under Howden’s strategic acquisition strategy, following the launch of its U.S. Cyber practice in January 2026, and former Cybeta team members are expected to join Howden to scale analytics and expert-driven cyber threat intelligence.
