GC Partners is an established UK-based specialist financial services firm, operating since 2003 across FX, international payments, and financial solutions for businesses and private clients globally.

At the time of engaging Tentt, GC Partners were scaling a dedicated invoice finance offer – targeting UK businesses operating in import and export who needed working capital solutions tied to their trade cycles. With an existing brand, regulated infrastructure, and a BDR team already in place, the business had the product. Full-stack, multichannel outbound – completely white-label

Tentt deployed a full-stack, multichannel outbound programme built entirely around GC Partners' invoice finance offer – running across LinkedIn automation and cold email at scale. The entire operation was run as a completely white-label service: to the outside world, every touchpoint was GC Partners.

LinkedIn Automation

Every member of the GC Partners team was connected to Heyreach, Tentt's LinkedIn automation platform. Before a single message was sent, profiles were audited and repositioned – sales-oriented titles replaced with consultative framing to maximise connection acceptance and response rates. Tentt handled all messaging, follow-up sequencing, and meeting booking, supported by a dedicated inbox manager – operating entirely under GC Partners' identity.

Cold Email Infrastructure

Tentt built and managed a white-label cold email infrastructure operating fully within GC Partners' brand. Separate sending domains were registered and warmed up over a structured period before any high-volume sending began – protecting GC Partners' primary domain and sender reputation throughout. Dedicated inboxes kept all outbound activity isolated from core business operations.

Data & Campaign Build

Prospect lists were built using AI enrichment, Clay, and a custom database – targeting UK SMEs actively trading in import and export. Messages were personalised at scale with meetings booked directly into the team's calendars.

Brand & Compliance

All messaging was developed within a defined brand voice framework and subject to a formal sign-off process before deployment. No copy went live without GC Partners' approval – ensuring tone, positioning, and regulatory sensitivity were maintained at every stage.
