The system
One system, five stages, 10 repos
Each repo fills one box. Point Claude Code at the repo, write one prompt, and it wires into the system. The value is in how the pieces connect and what lands in the CRM.

Questions people ask
Is the outbound stack really free?
The repos are free and open source. You still pay for sending domains and inboxes, hosting, some pay-per-call data, and your Claude or Codex subscription. The difference is that you own every piece of the stack instead of renting it every month.
Do I need to be a developer to run these repos?
No. Each repo is run through Claude Code: point it at the repo, write one prompt describing what you want, and it installs the tool and wires it into the rest of the system.
Can these repos replace Clay?
They cover the jobs many teams use Clay for: scraping and research, buying signals, enrichment and cold email copy. You trade a monthly subscription for setup time in Claude Code, and you keep full control of the workflow.
Which repo matters most?
The CRM layer. If the objects, fields and stages in your CRM are wrong, the other nine repos pour activity into a sieve: no attribution, no owner, and replies nobody sees. crm-blueprints exists to fix that.
Is it safe to scrape LinkedIn with these tools?
LinkedIn and many other sites ban scraping in their terms. Check the terms of any site before you point a scraper at it, and don't run these tools at a scale that puts your accounts at risk.
What does a GTM engineer do?
A GTM engineer builds the systems behind outbound and inbound growth: finding accounts, spotting buying signals, enriching data, sending outreach and capturing everything in the CRM. Most of the value is in the orchestration, meaning how the pieces connect and what data ends up where.
