The Spec-Driven GTM Engineering deck
Spec-driven GTM engineering means writing the full specification of a go-to-market system before an AI agent builds it: the fields, API names, conditions, data sources, schedule, write-back rules and what must never be overwritten. You split the spec into tickets, then one agent builds and a second reviews the work against the spec.
From the video: the full slide deck and spec checklist behind spec-driven GTM engineering — how to specify a system before an agent ever touches it, split that spec into reviewable tickets, and run a builder/reviewer loop so AI can execute the build end to end.

Questions people ask
What is spec-driven GTM engineering?
A way of building go-to-market systems with AI agents where the thinking happens first. You define the outcome in a written spec, break it into tickets, and have one agent build while another reviews against the spec, instead of correcting a chat window until something works.
Why not just prompt Claude Code and iterate?
Prompting without a spec usually gets you to about 70%, then you spend dozens of messages fixing one thing while breaking another. A vague spec doesn't produce a vague system. It produces a mess, built faster.
What goes into a GTM system spec?
The fields and their programmatic API names, the conditions that trigger each step, where every piece of data comes from, how often it runs, the rules for writing back to the CRM, and what must never be overwritten.
