Goonhilly Earth Station Acquired by Intuitive Machines | Technology M&A Deal

Intuitive Machines has entered into the acquisition of Goonhilly Earth Station, a technology other business in the United Kingdom, for an undisclosed amount. Intuitive Machines acquisitions are aimed at expanding deep space communications and integrated space-to-ground network capacity through Goonhilly Lunar and Deep Space Communications, Commercial Satcom, and Defense and Security divisions. Goonhilly Earth Station operates major ground station assets across the UK and Goonhilly USA (dba COMSAT), supporting communications, data transport, and position navigation and timing (PNT) services for lunar and cislunar operations. The technology M&A is a public company acquisition by a strategic buyer to add 44 antennas, increase network availability, and broaden civil, commercial, and government customer reach, with completion expected after definitive agreement terms.
