Intuitive Machines has acquired Goonhilly Earth Station and COMSAT, a technology other business in Texas, for $175 million. Intuitive Machines acquisitions expand satellite communications and in-space data processing capabilities through Goonhilly’s earth station infrastructure and COMSAT’s communications assets.
