Lua Raises $5.8M Seed Round for Agent OS

Lua, an operating system for human agent collaboration in the workspace, raised $5.8M in a seed round led by Norrsken22. The round included participation from Flourish Ventures, 20VC, P1 Ventures, Phosphor Capital, and Y Combinator, plus angel investors including Henri Stern, Kaz Nejatian, and Med Benmansour.

Lua says it enables teams to build, own, and manage their own agent workforce from day one. The company plans to use the funding to expand its developer community and the Lua Implementation Network, which supports partner deployments across markets. Lua launched its agent developer platform in October 2025 and reported revenue growth close to 30% week-on-week.
