What does Champify do?
- Monitors contacts from your CRM and flags when champions, users or past buyers move to a new company, so you can re-engage them in the new role.
- Surfaces new executive hires at target accounts: 2,000+ accounts on Pro and 10,000 on Enterprise.
- Tracks relationships at scale: 5,000+ contacts on Lite, 40,000+ on Pro and 150,000+ on Enterprise, with add-ons beyond.
- Insider AI pulls context from call transcripts, emails and CRM notes (including Gong) to suggest who to re-engage and why.
- Calendar Sync adds meeting attendees to Salesforce as enriched contacts and assigns opportunity contact roles.
- Queues records into step 1 of Outreach sequences, Salesloft cadences or Groove flows, and sends Slack and email alerts.
Where does Champify fit in a GTM engineering stack?
Champify is the relationship signal in a GTM engineering stack: it tells you when someone who already bought or championed your product has moved to a new company you could sell to.
- 1Champify monitors champions, customers and closed-lost contacts from Salesforce and detects a move to a new employer
- 2It creates the new lead and account in Salesforce with relationship context and alerts the owner in Slack
- 3Clay can pull these records from Salesforce to check the new company's fit and draft a reconnect message
- 4The contact is queued into step 1 of an Outreach or Salesloft sequence

Some figures conflict between the plan cards and the feature matrix (for example CRM Clean on Enterprise is 200,000+ on the card and 150,000 in the matrix). The page also contains a Basic/Business/Enterprise table priced per year that appears to be template content and is not used here.
Who is Champify best for?
A good fit if you
- Salesforce teams with a large base of past customers and closed-lost opportunities, where job changes create warm outbound.
- Teams running Outreach, Salesloft or Groove that want job-change contacts queued straight into a sequence.
- Companies with the budget for a $500 a month minimum and RevOps capacity to manage a Salesforce package.
Look elsewhere if you
- HubSpot-only teams: the pricing page says there is no native HubSpot integration, only a route via a Salesforce-to-HubSpot sync.
- Early-stage companies with few past customers or champions, where there is little to track.
- Clay-first teams expecting job-change data in Clay, since Clay's Champify actions only look up LinkedIn profiles.
Does Champify integrate with Clay and your CRM?
- Clay
- Native Clay integration. Clay lists Champify as a Clay-built People Data integration, included in all plans, with two actions on Clay credits: Find Professional Profile with Champify (person's LinkedIn profile from a full name) and Find Company Professional Profile with Champify (company LinkedIn page from a name). The listing does not expose Champify's job-change tracking, so job-change records reach Clay via Salesforce rather than through this integration. (source)
- Integrations
- Native Salesforce managed package; Outreach, Salesloft and Groove (queue to step 1); Slack; Gong; Marketo; LinkedIn audiences; 6sense and Demandbase; LeanData, RingLead and Distribution Engine for routing; Gainsight, ChurnZero and Catalyst for customer success; calendar sync. No native HubSpot integration. (source)
- GDPR
- Champify's privacy policy says it relies mostly on legitimate interests, complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework with UK and Swiss extensions, and names VeraSafe Ireland and VeraSafe UK as its EEA and UK representatives. It supplements contact data from publicly available and third-party business databases. The page shows SOC 2 Type 2 and GDPR badges without further detail. (source)

Champify FAQs
Why are champion job changes such a strong outbound signal?
A former champion already knows your product and trusts your team, and people new in a role often review their tools in the first months. Champify claims past customers convert 6 to 22 times higher than other outbound signals; that is a vendor figure, not an independent study.
Does Champify work with HubSpot?
Champify's pricing page says it has no native HubSpot integration and that data can reach HubSpot only through a Salesforce-to-HubSpot sync. It is built as a Salesforce managed package, so it suits Salesforce teams best.
Can you use Champify job changes in a Clay workflow?
Not directly through Clay's Champify integration, which only finds LinkedIn profiles. Champify writes job-change records into Salesforce, so a Clay table can pull those records from Salesforce, enrich the new company and draft messaging before sending them on.
Which contacts should you track for job changes?
Champify's playbooks centre on champions and users at current customers, buyers from closed-won deals and contacts on closed-lost opportunities. Champify states that 36% of its customers start as closed-lost opportunities, which is why lost-deal contacts are worth tracking alongside customers.
How does Champify get new job-change contacts into a sequence?
Champify queues records into step 1 of an Outreach sequence, a Salesloft cadence or a Groove flow, and shows relationship context in those tools' extensions. Slack and email alerts notify the account owner at the same time.
