LinkedIn and email multichannel stack
Researched by the Tentt team · draft awaiting expert review · Updated
A LinkedIn and email outreach stack pairs HeyReach for LinkedIn sequences with Smartlead for cold email, Prospeo for emails, Surfe for capturing profiles into the CRM, and HubSpot. With two LinkedIn senders, it costs about $195 to $250 a month plus €29 to €39 per Surfe user, at published October 2026 prices.
Who is this stack for?
Small outbound teams selling to buyers who are active on LinkedIn, who want connection requests and emails to the same person coordinated rather than run as two separate programmes.
Which tools are in the stack, and what does each one do?
01Contact data
Prospeo
Finds the verified work email and LinkedIn profile for each contact, so the same person can be added to both channels.
Starter $49/month (monthly) or $37/month (yearly), 2,000 credits
SurfeSits in the seller's LinkedIn view and adds the profiles they choose to the CRM with contact data, including people who engage with posts.
Essential €39/user/month (monthly) or €29 (annual); Free tier limits 1-click Add to CRM to 1 contact a day
02LinkedIn outreach
HeyReachRuns connection requests and messages across several LinkedIn sender accounts, and passes leads to Smartlead through its native integration.
Growth $79/sender/month, $71 quarterly or $63 yearly
La Growth MachineAlternative single tool: runs LinkedIn and email touches for the same lead from one sequence, replacing both HeyReach and Smartlead.
Pro €120/identity/month (monthly) or €100 (annual); Basic from €50 to €60 per identity
03Email sending
Smartlead
Sends the email steps from warmed-up mailboxes, with HeyReach handing over leads between channels.
Base $39/month (monthly) or $32/month (annual): 2,000 contacts, 6,000 emails a month
lemlistAlternative if you want one sequence for both channels in a single tool: the Multichannel plan adds LinkedIn steps to email.
Multichannel $109/user/month or $87 on yearly billing; Email plan from $55 to $69/month
04CRM
HubSpot
System of record; HeyReach, Smartlead, La Growth Machine, lemlist and Surfe all list native HubSpot integrations.
Free tier (up to 2 users)
How does data flow through the stack?
- 1Build the target list and find a verified email and LinkedIn URL for each contact with Prospeo.
- 2Add contacts to a HeyReach campaign that sends a connection request and a follow-up message from your sender accounts.
- 3Pass contacts who do not accept or reply on LinkedIn to a Smartlead email sequence through HeyReach's native integration.
- 4Sellers use Surfe on LinkedIn to add engaged prospects to HubSpot with their contact details.
- 5Sync replies and activity from HeyReach and Smartlead into HubSpot so both channels show on one contact record.
How much does this stack cost per month?
About $195 to $250 a month plus €29 to €39 per Surfe user
Assumes two LinkedIn senders, one Surfe user, up to 2,000 new contacts a month and HubSpot Free, on the HeyReach route. Low end (yearly or annual billing): HeyReach 2 x $63 = $126 + Smartlead Base $32 + Prospeo $37 = $195, plus Surfe €29. High end (monthly billing): HeyReach 2 x $79 = $158 + Smartlead $39 + Prospeo $49 = $246, plus Surfe €39. The La Growth Machine route replaces HeyReach and Smartlead with LGM Pro at €100 to €120 per identity, so two identities cost €200 to €240 plus Prospeo and Surfe. Euro and dollar prices are shown as published, not converted. Prices checked on 17 October 2026. LinkedIn accounts, Sales Navigator, mailboxes and domains are not included.
What are the trade-offs?
- HeyReach plus Smartlead gives the cheapest per-sender LinkedIn layer, but two tools means two sequences to keep in step. La Growth Machine or lemlist Multichannel keeps both channels in one sequence at a higher per-identity or per-user price.
- HeyReach does not list Salesforce or Pipedrive integrations, so Salesforce teams need an automation tool or should look at lemlist, which lists native two-way Salesforce sync.
- LinkedIn activity is capped by each sender account, so adding volume means adding senders, and each HeyReach sender is another $63 to $79 a month.
Questions about this stack
Is LinkedIn automation safe for my account?
No LinkedIn automation tool can guarantee an account will not be restricted, because section 8.2 of LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits bots and similar software. HeyReach's default is 25 connection requests a day for a warmed-up account, capped at 200 a week per sender, and LinkedIn does not publish its own limits.
Should I use HeyReach or La Growth Machine?
HeyReach suits teams running several LinkedIn senders at $63 to $79 per sender a month, paired with a separate email tool. La Growth Machine Pro at €100 to €120 per identity runs LinkedIn and email from one sequence, which suits teams that want a single place to manage both.
What does Surfe do that a sequencer does not?
Surfe works inside a seller's own LinkedIn session to add chosen profiles to the CRM with email and mobile data. Sequencers like HeyReach run campaigns at volume; Surfe covers the manual, rep-led side of LinkedIn prospecting.
Can Clay feed this stack?
Yes. Clay lists Clay-built actions for HeyReach, La Growth Machine, lemlist and Smartlead, all on Clay's Launch plan and above, from $167 a month annually. Adding Clay replaces Prospeo as the list-building and enrichment layer.
