Findymail says your bounce rate stays under 5% or it refunds you. Refunds follow a bounce analysis by its support team. Keep your send logs so you can show which Findymail-sourced addresses bounced.
Why can't Findymail find phone numbers for EU contacts?
Findymail says its phone finder works for non-EU contacts only because of GDPR. For European call lists you need a different mobile source in your waterfall. Email finding still covers EU contacts.
Do Findymail credits roll over?
Yes, on credit-based plans unused credits roll over month to month, up to 2 times your monthly allowance. On the 5,000-credit Starter plan that means a maximum balance of 10,000 credits. The usage-based Prospecting plans do not use credits.
Where does Findymail store data?
Findymail says it stores and processes all data exclusively in the EU, on servers run by Hetzner Online GmbH in Finland, with off-site backups also in the EU. It acts as a processor for lists you upload and offers a ready-to-sign DPA.
Can I run Findymail in Clay on my own API key?
