RB2B: pricing, features and alternatives

Website visitor identification that names US visitors at the person level and identifies companies globally.

Researched by the Tentt team · draft awaiting expert review · Updated

RB2B is a website visitor identification tool that installs as one script and names US visitors at the person level (name, LinkedIn profile, business email), while identifying companies globally through Demandbase. As of October 2026 there is a free plan with 150 company-level resolutions a month, and Starter costs $79 a month for 300 resolutions with US person-level ID.

What does RB2B do?

  • Resolves anonymous website sessions to named people with LinkedIn profiles, but only for US visitors; the pricing page quotes 15 to 20% person-level coverage on Starter and Pro, and 35 to 45% on Pro+ with its Identity Graph Waterfall.
  • Identifies the visiting company for traffic from any country, using Demandbase data, on every plan including Free.
  • Filters identified visitors by company revenue, company size, seniority, department and geography, and routes each filter to a different destination.
  • Tracks visits to pages you mark as high intent, such as pricing or demo pages, so alerts can be limited to those sessions.
  • Adds business emails and email enrichment on Pro and Pro+, plus CRM, Clay, Zapier, webhook and Apollo sync; Free and Starter only send to Slack and Microsoft Teams.
  • Bills overage per resolution: 45 cents on Starter and 25 cents on Pro and Pro+, with extra domains at $99 a month for up to 5.

Where does RB2B fit in a GTM engineering stack?

RB2B is the website-visit signal in a GTM engineering stack: it turns an anonymous US session on a page like pricing into a named person with a LinkedIn profile and business email.

  1. 1RB2B identifies a US visitor on a high-intent page and filters by seniority, company size and department
  2. 2Matching visits push to a Clay table through the Clay integration or a webhook
  3. 3Clay verifies the email, enriches the account and writes a first line about the visitor's role or company, not the visit
  4. 4Qualified contacts go to Instantly or HeyReach for outreach and to HubSpot or Salesforce as a logged activity

Who is RB2B best for?

A good fit if you

  • Teams selling mainly into the US who want named visitors, not just companies, from their own website traffic.
  • Clay users on the Pro plan or above, since that is where the Clay, webhook and CRM integrations start.
  • Small teams that want to test visitor identification cheaply: there is a 7-day full-featured trial and a $79 Starter plan billed monthly.

Look elsewhere if you

  • Teams whose buyers are mostly in the UK or EU: person-level identification is US only, and RB2B's Data Protection Addendum limits customer data to people or devices in the United States.
  • Anyone who needs Clay or CRM sync on a budget below $149 a month, because Free and Starter only deliver to Slack and Teams.
  • Low-traffic websites, where 15 to 20% person-level coverage of US visitors may produce very few named leads a month.

Does RB2B integrate with Clay and your CRM?

Clay
Native Clay integration. Clay lists RB2B as a Clay-built integration, included in all Clay plans, that sends identified website visitor profiles into Clay for enrichment. Its actions, all on Clay credits, include LinkedIn URL Search (name plus company domain to LinkedIn URL), Professional URL to Personal Email, Find Personal Email from Professional URL and Professional URL to Hashed Emails (SHA256, for audience targeting). On the RB2B side, pushing visitors to Clay requires the Pro plan. (source)
Integrations
RB2B states 50+ integrations, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Clay, Zapier, Apollo, Instantly, HeyReach, Smartlead and a generic webhook. CRM, Clay, Zapier and webhook delivery require the Pro plan or above. (source)
GDPR
RB2B's own GDPR article says cookie-based identification that connects session data to IP addresses only begins after explicit user consent, and offers a setting to disable international tracking so EU cookie rules no longer apply to company-level visitors. Its Data Protection Addendum (issued by GetEmails, LLC d/b/a Retention.com) names only US state privacy laws and limits customer data to US people or devices, saying additional addendums may be required for EU or UK data. RB2B does not offer person-level identification for UK or EU visitors. (source)
Data coverage
RB2B's homepage states that person-level and company-level identification together cover roughly 70 to 80% of website traffic, with company-level identification powered by Demandbase and working globally, and person-level identification limited to the US (vendor claims). (source)

Which GTM stacks use RB2B?

RB2B FAQs

Does RB2B work for UK and European website visitors?

RB2B identifies the visiting company for traffic from any country, but person-level identification is US only. Its Data Protection Addendum also limits customer data to people or devices in the United States and says separate addendums may be needed for EU or UK data, so UK and EU teams usually treat RB2B as a company-level tool at best.

How do you send RB2B visitors into Clay?

On the Pro plan or above, RB2B can push each identified visitor to Clay through its Clay integration or a webhook, so every visit lands as a new row in a Clay table. From there Clay can verify the email, enrich the company and score the visit before anything is sent.

What is the difference between a resolution and a visitor in RB2B?

RB2B bills by resolutions, meaning visitors it successfully identifies, not total traffic. Each plan includes a monthly number of resolutions (300 on Starter, from 600 on Pro), and identifications beyond that are charged as overage at 45 cents on Starter or 25 cents on Pro and Pro+.

Should you email someone RB2B identified on your website?

RB2B tells you a named person visited, not that they asked to be contacted, so most teams avoid mentioning the visit in the message. A common pattern is to use the visit as a timing signal, filter it by ICP and page intent, and send a relevant first touch that stands on its own.

Does RB2B use cookies, and do they need consent?

RB2B says its script sets session cookies such as _reb2bloaded and _reb2bsessionID that are designed not to store personal data, and that full identification only begins after explicit user consent. Its support article recommends a consent tool such as CookieYes and consulting a lawyer on your own setup.
